Conscious Cleanse is a concept launched in the USA. This was an already created website that came to us. We were to audit it and create a more user friendly experience. Conscious Cleanse was born as part of the ever growing and booming demand for a fit lining and healthy lifestyle. With most people working long jobs and having little to no time to incorporate a health regime into their lives, conscious cleanse aimed at giving the users a healthy alternative by incorporating healthy food and dietary habits into their everyday life. It aims to facilitate the knowledge of maintaining a good and healthy lifestyle by giving options to users in terms of what they aim for.
We held an audit based on simple design principles and heuristic guidelines of user experience. We took into account our past experience with users and what their mental medel, limitations and navigation expectations are. We aimed at creating solutions to best fit onto our target audience. Since most people on the website will be working professionals with little to no time to explore and play around navigation, our major challenge was to ensure a seamless user experience and clean interface to the user.
The audit identified how the user colours, fonts, style guide and other elements were not in sync with the target audience.
We held an audit for the website in terms of the interface and experience. We also studied other products in the market which worked on the same concepts of providing a healthy and fit choice of lifestyle. Our reading, findings and comprehension was shared with the stakeholders for the project to be taken forward.
