Overview
Round Table India, a prominent non-profit organization committed to providing education to underprivileged children, had a long-standing mission called “Freedom Through Education.” With a remarkable track record of constructing one classroom per day for a decade, Round Table India also actively engaged in various community service initiatives across the country. To streamline their operations and enhance their impact, the organization sought to revamp their backend admin interface.
The Challenge
The existing admin interface used by Round Table India was plagued with usability challenges, making it difficult for end-users, including RTI Admin, the accounting team, active tablers, and the National Secretary, to efficiently manage their operations. These challenges hindered their ability to carry out essential tasks effectively.
The Results
The collaboration between Round Table India and AcmeMinds resulted in a transformed admin interface that not only addressed the usability challenges but also provided a more intuitive and efficient platform for managing the organization’s operations. The new interface empowered RTI Admin, the accounting team, active tablers, and the National Secretary to work seamlessly and effectively towards their noble cause of providing education to underprivileged children.
