Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and monitor Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising channels
  • Create engaging, high-quality content for blogs, social media, case studies, whitepapers, and website pages.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials that align with the brand.
  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized to improve search rankings and organic reach.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Manage company social media accounts, create compelling posts, and track performance metrics.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies for maximum brand impact.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and drive conversions.
  • Segment audiences, track performance, and optimize email campaigns for better results.
  • Implement lead nurturing campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations for improving marketing ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer behavior.

Requirements - Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation, keyword research, and on-page SEO.
  • Experience managing social media platforms & marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
