Job description

We seek a dynamic and experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead with a strong technical background in web and mobile applications development to join our team. This role requires a blend of development expertise, project management skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple web and mobile application projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Utilize your technical experience to guide development teams in implementing best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Oversee and facilitate Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to ensure effective project execution and team collaboration.
  • Manage and track project progress using Jira, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and issue resolution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding of requirements, and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Take complete ownership of project deliverables, ensuring quality and completeness from conception to deployment
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Requirements - Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in project management with a solid technical background in web and mobile applications development.
  • Must have development experience in web and mobile applications. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies (Scrum), and project management tools like Jira.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver projects that exceed expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
