Technical Delivery Lead

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Delivery Lead. The Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing projects, and ensuring they are delivered on-time and within budget. The Technical Delivery Lead will also manage logistics, oversee inspections, and be responsible for expediting.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proofs and management consulting analysis.
  • Lead Teams, planning, executing, and tracking multiple project schedules and scope.
  • Manage the scope of projects from inception to closure.
  • Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
  • Identify and anticipate issues and risks. Be prepared to manage issues and risks that may arise and resolve issues that prevent project success.
  • Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off, ensure practical completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments, and urgency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Requirements - Job Qualifications

  • Good Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of OOPS architecture and Data structure.
  • Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
  • Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the Service Delivery and the Customer.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation , problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Good to have hands-on experience on any technology stack - MEAN or Dot Net or Java.
  • Good Experience with code reviews, pull-request (PR) reviews, and deployments via CI/CD.
  • Expertise in Project Management and Logistics Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or post-graduation in computer engineering or IT.
