miRide Driver app is the compatible mobile application for the chauffeur to work with the customer facing miRide customer application. It ensures the automation of status, real time updation on the customer application without the need of a support team at the back end to update status and processes. The application was made alongside the miRide customer app. They came to us with a requirement of providing a seamless and quick update on the miRide customer app. The users for this application were the partner chauffeurs who would be varied in ages, technical efficiency and adaptation.
We did a user base study to understand what the chauffeurs seeked for in this application and what were the limitations they worked around with. The
challenge here was to ensure that both sets of users- the chauffeurs and the customers received a seamless experience on their individual applications. A feature list based on the features provided to the customer was derived and wireframes were designed as part of the initial design process.

We conducted design sync calls with stakeholders at various steps of wireframing and design to get hold of any gaps in design and their expectations. Iterations were also made as per the changing market and new insights from stakeholders and the changes and additions incorporated in the customer facing application.
The design process involved creating user stories for each scenario to be covered, followed by the screen listing to cater to each of them and then the in detail screen designing with wireframes. that can be associated best with a product catering to healthcare. We then designed the web and mobile applications for each of the user roles.
Once we had the wireframes for each of the phases in sync with stakeholders, we simultaneously started the user interface design for each.
The discovery of this application depended mostly on the customer facing miRide application. All requirements in the customer app translated to the requirements in the Driver app and compatible solutions were curated.
