When it is about digital experience, we can build almost everything.
We do not ask our customers, “what do you want?”; instead, we ask “Why?” and use our expertise to identify your goals and deliver the products to drive growth and transformation.
There are following six major phases in every Product development Life Cycle Model.
We start with understanding your requirements, defining the development process, and identifying the resources needed to deliver the product. We ask “Why” and repeat it until we capture the details that define the product.
We also highlight any risk that may impact the results.
After understanding the requirements, we define and document them capturing the details, based on which our experts will build and test the product.
At this stage, we design the product architecture. Usually, more than one approach for the product architecture is proposed and documented in a Design Document Specification. It clearly defines all the architectural modules of the product along with its communication and data flow representation with the external and third-party modules (if any).
The actual development of the product starts at this stage. Our software development experts use the best coding practices to build the product based on the defined requirements.
Each team member takes complete ownership and builds great products.
Testing is done at all stages in the development process, even at the analysis stage, where we do the feasibility testing. At this stage, the Quality Control team tests the product and reports, tracks, and verifies the issues until the product meets the expected quality.
After the product meets the expected quality, our team deploys it in the staging environment and presents it to different stakeholders. After everyone agrees, we deploy it into the production environment.
Honestly, the time to develop and deliver a project varies. However, the best part about us is that we are agile. We work in 2 to 3 weeks sprints, and at the end of each sprint, we build and deliver a piece of your product to you.
