Experience driven transformation is the order of the day. As a UI UX company rooted in human-centeric Methodologies and product design DNA, we are more prepared than ever to drive your transformation.
This is the first step that any design process needs. We research in terms of what our users need. We research the needs of the products, target audience and make what is called an information architecture document where all the research is collated in a tabular format.
We create user personas based on the initial research. We build our product based on these personas. Our user persona focuses on delivering the user goals, the pattern and often represent a group of people sharing similar goals and their obstacles that prevent them from achieving their goals.
Every user has a goal to achieve, at this stage we define the step that the user will go through to get to the final goal. We break down multiple tasks and define the objective, business need, flow and navigation and validations and acceptance criteria for the same. This steps bridges the knowledge transfer between the various teams involved in the project.
Based on the scenario map and the user flow, we create a page for one or some main tasks, link it together. We create screen flows, a collections of screens connected together.
We explore the design by means of creating low fidelity wireframes. We explore different design approaches and see what is the best solution. We discuss these with developers who see the technical issues that may appear (will appear), solve together as a team and then move to creating detailed high-fidelity wireframes.
Depending on if we have a user sample to test the design in the wireframing stage, we test the created prototypes with users and their response to them and go back to refining the wireframes. Wireframes and testing is a to and fro process which helps us achieve the user goals.
